Summer AP CSP Camp

The AP CSP Summer Camp is an opportunity for students to get a head start on learning all about AP Computer Science Principles while having a great time learning about computing!  This 5-day session will introduce students to: Digital Information, the Internet, Computer Programming with Snap!, Data and the Global Impact of Computing.   There will be a strong emphasis on learning computer programming and preparing for success on the AP CSP Create Performance Task. Students participating in the summer camp will be positioned to be the leaders and innovators in their AP CSP class in the 2022-23 school year.

​Daily Schedule Includes:
Day 1: Digital Information and the Internet;  Begin Programming with Snap!
Day 2: Advanced Programming with Snap!
Day 3: Student Create Task 
Day 4: Data and the Global Impact of Computing
​

This year the camp will an overnight or commuter camp at University of Alabama during the week of June 20 - 23, 2023.
